Happy New Year!

“What Dreams May Come” was a wonderful success…thank-you to all who came to see the show, purchased paintings, and also those of you who came to the artist talk too!

I am working on new paintings now for 2017…I have finally updated this website so be on the lookout for new works available soon! Below is one new water painting which is currently available at Abbozzo Gallery in Toronto, and two which have just been spoken for!

Happening this week: “Go Figure” and “Brushes with Cancer”!

There’s a lot happening this week! First, opening this Thursday May 12th and running until May 17th “The Revenant” and “Gayle, Certain” are both a part of “Go Figure”, a group show of figurative works by Abbozzo Gallery happening at First Canadian Place at 100 King Street West in downtown Toronto. Also, I’m off to Chicago on Friday for a charity auction to raise money for cancer research happening in West Fulton Market Friday evening:) I have painted a special portrait of cancer survivors whom I was paired up with via Brushes with Cancer, a fabulous Chicago-based charity. Tuesday November 25th “Return To The Wild” will be airing on PBS. It is a programme about Christopher McCandless, and I am delighted to be a small part of it. Swimming Portraits get more exposure and what’s on the easel..

There has been quite a bit online writing about my swimming portraits lately. I am very thankful that these pieces have resonated with people as much as they have.

Temperatures are dropping here in Whitehorse but I am painting up a storm and keeping the studio fires burning!
